- Oversee all GIS Services projects- Unique combination of knowledge relevant to water resource management and water utilities: GIS/Remote Sensing, water, hydrology, natural resources, spatial land use planning, environmental impacts and permitting- Responsible for collaboration with civil engineers, land surveyors, and county GIS/Planning Depts for our development/environmental projects, and verifying geospatial accuracy for performing environmental impact analyses.- Specialize in building capacity in geospatial skills within developing nations, particularly for the water provision/water resources, environmental, health, and disaster response sectors. - Devise unique and highly customized workflow-based GIS solutions, with a primary focus on end user needs- Integrate a combination of innovative technologies to provide web and mobile mapping applications wherever they are needed, often with limited connectivity. - Currently managing multiple projects in Ghana, as well as projects in Kenya, Uganda, DRC, Zambia, Rwanda, and the Central African Republic.

- Received grant funding from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation in order to create geospatial decision support solutions that address clean water challenges in Asutifi North District, Ghana. - Developed Integrated geospatial information platform that manages waterpoint and infrastructure data from field collection through to reporting outputs- Web application provides a variety of geospatial tools for the user to explore and query the data- Pilot program that will be replicated in 5 additional locations, the goal being to improve WASH metrics/ reach SDG goals. - Designed, implemented, and currently manage the geodatabase architecture and schema for the company’s new GIS server. - Revised company data management practices, provide ongoing training, and resolve data interoperability issues.- Developed GIS business plan for expanding GIS services into new industry sectors, particularly water utility, water resources, and facilities management.- Reconstructed product-driven GIS workflow and data management for tree surveys, from data collection setup to canopy digitization and final report automation. As Principal Investigator, performed an innovative research and analysis project for the fire ecology department. Used ArcGIS and statistical software (‘R’) to perform complex environmental modeling and analysis, determining the optimum defensible space needed to limit structure loss during wildfire events. Based on structure survival in historic fires, assessed whether greater than 100ft of defensible space (i.e. further impact to native vegetation) would reduce losses. Results strongly indicate that it does not. However, requirements for firefighter safety needs must be considered alongside results.Successfully obtained two individual grants in order to support this study.Currently developing materials for use by a wide variety of audiences: scientists, firefighters, education, and homeowners.
