As the Project Manager of the Behavioral Health Integration Team for the Behavioral Health Division of Universal Health Services, Inc., I manage the evaluation and planning phases for potential partnerships between Universal Health Services and medical systems across the United States to ensure the process progresses forward and deliverables are completed on time.

Manage and drive the process for the setup of the new business to include contract execution, human resource needs identification and initial hiring, IT platform identification, physical plant setup, policy and procedure creation, form creation, and training protocol identification. Recruit, hire, train, and manage call center staff. Initial development and continued improvements to the Sharepoint call tracking database to ensure data needs are met both internally and externally.Compile, review, and address quality metrics data for contracted hospitals served by Behavioral Health Connections, Inc.

Manage outpatient clinic with 5 psychiatrists and 4 support staff.Identify and implement process changes to increase productivity.Ensure budgeted expectations are met or exceeded based on visits, profits, operating costs, reimbursement, and FTE’s.Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.Assist in marketing efforts through business development with current referral sources while identifying potential opportunities. Creation of marketing materials for the clinic and ensuring appropriate, cost-effective distribution.
