- Led a team of geographically dispersed Employee Relations professionals. Represented plaintiffs in San Diego 2007 wildfires case against SDG&E. Participated in mediations resulting in an $800,000 settlement to my client. Drafted discovery responses, attended mediations and prepared mediation packages in complex multi-million dollar litigation. Wrote respondent’s briefs, complaints and oppositions to demurrers and argued said motions in court. Performed extensive legal research and prepared memoranda on various issues such as general overview of writ proceedings in the California Supreme Court and assessment of damages in mass tort cases. Assisted in trial preparation.
