Duties include but not limited to: Assisted with the new launch of the website. Created excel spreadsheets for over 7,000+ products, in charge of obtaining actual weights, inventory, up keep of the website. Revising and applying new products to the website. Take sales, customer service, technical calls. UPS Claims, order selection, respond to all charge-backs and BBB inquires, returns processed and credits. Process all international orders. Arrange for ocean, air or ground shipments for all LTL loads. Provide IT support for the digital phone system and all computers to all employees. Create and establish instructions for mechanical fittings for automotive parts.
