I have worked in the food service industry for about 8 years and I have managed for about 3 years. I received the employee of the month in November 2007 at Wendy's and moved into management at Arby's after 2 1/2 years. I pride myself on family, college, and work and often feel exhausted. I'm never struck with boredom. I am very detail oriented and can and do the micromanagement objectives. I like fiscal cleaning and weekly check lists eliminating those pesky dirty corners. My Children and I are all in school and I take a lot of pride knowing that they have me to support them learning and see me learning as well. I'd like to think that I communicate we with others and am able to make a positive change in the work place.
