My responsibilities include designing and facilitating trainings ranging from new employee orientation and welcome to leadership development within the organization. I also manage external training programs including marketing, recruitment, budget management, networking, development or eLearning, supervision, contract management and facilitation of training and consultation.

As the Training Coordinator I run monthly trainings for new employees including a 35 hour workshop for our campus based programs, a 9 hour workshop for these same campus based programs as well as monthly in-services for the agency as a whole. I also coordinate trainings for programs as requested. I am a board memeber of the Southwest Ohio Regional Training Consortium in which we identify necessary monthly trainings for the community and schedule/coordinate 9 trainings each year.In addition to coordinating and running trainings I also work with leadership to evaluate and assist in continued development of employees in their growth within The Teaching Family Model.
