The Manager, Human Resources is a key position in the Human Resource Management area of ATRF's Culture and Communications team. This position plays an integral role in the development and implementation of ATRF's people strategy and will offer expertise and support in the areas of workforce planning, compensation and job evaluation, recruitment, employee relations, talent management and performance management. This role also includes oversight and management of the Human Resources Assistant and Recruitment Specialist positions.

At PwC Edmonton the Human Resources Coordinator acts as a bridge between employees and the HR management team. This role is the first person employees contact when they have a problem or an inquiry for the Human Resources department. The Coordinator is responsible for all HR administrative tasks and helping employees with minor requests, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.The HR Coordinator plays an important role in assisting with recruitment for PwC Edmonton's business units, campus recruitment, new hire orientations and payroll processing.
