Key career achievements• Founded and grew to scale Remedy Healthcare, a health services business focusing on delivering evidence-based chronic disease management, mental health and hospital in the home programs.• Led the design, build and implementation of the CORE Customer Information System (CIS) at Alinta Energy—an Australian first. Project managed the successful implementation of a CIS at AGL. The energy industry has a history littered with CIS implementation disasters.• Led a customer transformation program at Alinta Energy that successfully shifted the business to a digital first, director-to-consumer business model, anchored to key customer segments aligned to a customer lifetime value model.• Implementation of many technology-enabled business transformation programs that fundamentally re-platform business capability—from replacing transaction processing systems, implementing customer relationship management systems and telephony platforms, through to implementation of digital experience and marketing automation platforms—always aimed at unlocking business value.
