Hi 👋🏻 Thanks for stopping by! I lead marketing and operations alongside the talented team at Corin & Co, and I'm a Co-Founder of Verso. Corin & Co are a global workplace wellbeing company on a mission to create healthy workplaces around the world. Verso is on a similar but very specific mission - solely focused on improving the mental wellbeing of people in sales. My journey into the world of workplace wellbeing came after almost 20 years building a career in marketing. As I reached senior roles I lost sight of what was important to me. I wasn’t looking after my health and felt exhausted, having given everything, and more, to my career. I was outwardly ‘successful’ but inwardly stressed and drained. I felt passionately that the world of work could be so much better for so many people. And that began my journey into the health and wellbeing industry.I spent a year retraining as a Health Coach, and now bring my corporate experience together with my expertise in health coaching to my roles at Corin & Co and Verso. In a world where stress levels are higher than ever and mental health costs employers £56bn every year in the UK alone, the companies that prioritise the wellbeing of their people will be the ones that win. Many of us will struggle with our mental health in some way during our lifetime. But acknowledging we’re struggling and asking for help can feel like the hardest thing to do, especially at work.
