Golden Triangle Pulmonology

Worked for the Human Resources Office for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Performed a variety of office automation tasks, requiring strong communication and time management. Utilized the Federal Personnel Payroll System (FPPS), the HR reporting system Datamart, the time collection system CASTLE, and in-house Personnel Tracking System.

Produced a variety of digital and print marketing materials for base facilities using Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design programs. Assisted with and supported the evacuation of 1,700 American citizens from Lebanon in July 2006.

Assisted customers in making reservations for equipment, trips, classes, and more. Aided in the planning, coordination, and execution of trips and tours. Completed end of day operations to include locking up and counting money. Took the initiative to learn to complete manager's daily paperwork in order to assist manager.
