My name is Amanda Oldham. I completed the Master’s Entry MSN program, with an emphasis in the Clinical Nurse Leader role in August 2022. I find indescribable purpose in helping others and have a desire to make a difference in everyone's life I come in contact with, which led me to pursue nursing. My clinical experiences have reaffirmed my desire to serve others and have expanded my concept of care. As a Registered Nurse, I have an established track record for exceeding hospital goals, highlighting patient care/safety, maintaining patient satisfaction, advocating for patients, driving teamwork in the healthcare setting and consistently contributing to my companies through my commitment to exceeding clinical practice. I am a compassionate, empathetic and driven individual who enjoys the ongoing challenges that come with the field of nursing.
