• Responsible for all international projects of the company; • Responsible to create, develop and coordinate propulsion segment of the company, starting with the field monitoring and collecting data to improve the new segment; • Responsible for follow up the propulsion projects, monitoring field and workshop activities, meeting up with customer and verifying their needs; • Responsible to attend company´s dry docks projects, coordinating projects with 70+ people, organizing all the mobilization logistic; • Responsible to help on the propulsion team development; • Responsible for creating some procedures of the company regarding propulsion segment.

• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing projects, providing Project Managers with insights into aspects such as cost control, changes in the scope of work, team conflicts, and logistics; • In charge of overseeing all international projects for the company, keeping daily communication with the head office in Denmark; • Additionally, responsible for small-scale national projects with support from Project Managers.

• Liaising directly with IT and various departments to synthesize their requirements and integrate them into the company's system. Additionally, I actively participated in system testing, suggesting ongoing improvements that are still in use; • Assuming the responsibility of collecting data and documents for the Service department, implementing procedural enhancements. My role extended to calculating the final invoices for projects and services, forwarding them to customers, and overseeing KPIs for customer approval. I provided support to the financial department in managing invoice controls; • Taken a crucial role in both national and international projects, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and facilitating applications. I took charge of preparing the team for travel, ensuring all necessary information and documents were readily available; • Furthermore, keeping communication with field engineers throughout ongoing projects, keeping departments informed about their needs and project updates.

• Assisted the HR department in organizing documents and addressing employee requirements; • Engaged directly with both employees and the department, fostering effective communication; • Following a successful stint in the HR department, I transitioned to data collection in the Service department; • Streamlined systems, documented projects, and gained foundational knowledge in project management.
