i currently work for cpc but this includes partnership with novus, we deal with waste removel,waste disposal, hazardous and clinical waste. I mainly work in the office and deal with packing pets ashes, answering the phones for either the vets or customers regarding their pets being cremated with us.I take payments either over the phone or in person, I deal with clients face to face at the most hardest time for them after just losing their loved one. I deal with holiday requests, holiday cover,sick cover.I authorise overtime when required. I ensure the staff have the correct training and are up to date with it all, I organise drivers routes.i deal with drivers if their is any problems while at the vets, I ensure they all have the correct paper work.I meet deadlines, check stock,order stock, order any supplies that is needed. I cover for the manager when away. I do anything that is required on a daily basis.

i am currently the individual cremations coordinator, i ensure the smooth running of the office, meeting targets/deadlines. ensure everyone has the correct and up to date training needed. authorise holidays,cover holidays and sick leave. order any stock or equiptment needed.
