Developed monoclonal antibody drug substance and drug product (liquid for IV and subcutaneous administration) formulations and strategies to support Phase III clinical trials and final commercial development of monoclonal antibodies, including process characterization and process validation studies. Investigate product issues in respond to customer complaints or inquires. Experience supporting commercial and marketed products including transferring drug product processes (antibody and cell therapy) to internal GMP manufacturing facilities as well as external contract manufacturing organizations. Designed and characterized liquid parental formulations for intravenous or subcutaneous administration using design of experiments (DOE) and quality by design (QbD) principles. Proficient in using JMP analysis tool. Developed an In vitro UV hemolysis assay to asses impact of subcutaneous administration of high concentration formulations.Author CMC sections for BLA, sBLA, MAA, IND, INDa, PAS, and PMP filings. Author of study protocols, process characterization and validation, product discrepancy, manuscripts, and technical development reports.Experience managing direct reports and leading development teams.Presented at ACS Dallas 2014, Biochemical Technology - Correlation of Fc Methionine Oxidation Detection MethodsSkills: Chromatography (IEC, SEC, CE-SDS), Biophysical characterization (DSC, CD, Rheology, AFM), JMP Statistical Software, Quality by Design, Formulation Robustness, RT-PCR, Multiple Particle Tracking, strong communicator, chemical stability of antibodies (e.g deamidation, isomerization).
