I am currently the Clinical Nurse Manager of a 110 high care bed facility in Perth.I have successfully led the clinical team through 5 ACQaSC audits including accreditation with 100% met in all areas.I have extremely strong clinical, governance and leadership skills, I am an expert in change management and supporting teams through transition.

I am a clinical Nurse Specialist/SRN3 with responsibility for the primary health team at the largest prison in WA.I am clinically responsible for the 2500 patients my team see per month. I have extensive clinically skills including triage, cannulation, plastering, suturing, minor injury and illness assessment.I am qualified as a ALS Instructor.I am a diverse manager with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.I have improved patient outcomes, reduced budget burdens from ambulance call outs as well as helping to improve security within a forensic setting.
