With seveveral improvement courses and international experience in Writing & Communication Skills, in addition to the Social Issues course at ILSC Vancouver.💼 I have more than eight years of experience in the areas of Communication and Marketing in medium and large companies. Always responsible for strategic and tactical planning in the construction and solidification of brands in on&off media.I lead the presence and digital content strategies (website, social media, e-commerce, app, CRM, etc.), with definition of voice tone, communication calendar and social media customer relation. Responsible for building paid media campaigns, from understanding the consumer journey to defining and presenting KPIs.I like to hightlight my expertise in public relations, projects with influencers and ambassadors and corporate events.
