CurrentI serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring a smooth post-sale transition and onboarding through close coordination with Business Development, Program Management, and supporting teams. I conduct frequent internal reviews to address risk, assess client needs, and identify new opportunities. By liaising with cross-functional teams, I enhance communication and elevate the customer experience. I also work with marketing and policy teams to equip state partners with resources and maintain New Meridian’s trusted advisor status, achieving 100% retention and driving revenue growth.
