This role is responsible for management of all customer order entry for both Essential Ingredients and IndSpyre Solutions (includes manual order entry and order automation), all invoicing for customer orders shipped directly from a supplier, inbound receiving and inventory management in each of the organization's seven warehouses across the U.S. and Canada, and direct management of the teams that work in these functional areas.

Creation and tracking of team KPIs; process improvement and innovation; implementation and oversight of various forms of automation; oversight of projects as dictated by business need; direct manager of a team of six Customer Support Specialists, one of which works in a separate sister company. This role involves coaching, performance reviews, salary adjustments, and advocating for team and business needs.

Worked directly with our suppliers to improve business relationships while actively maintaining inventory levels. Primary responsibility was to ensure material availability for our warehouses across the U.S. and Canada to meet customer needs according to historical purchase patterns and forecasted demand. Responsible for submission of purchase orders to suppliers as needed - annual spend in the range of $15M. Worked directly with sales and suppliers to meet deadlines and ensure material availability for customer new product launches.

This role was responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, which includes but is not limited to: Analyzing historical and current sales data to create a weekly revenue forecast which was reported directly to executive leadership; led the annual sales budgeting process; compiling data and using it to create sales team performance scorecards; management of customer forecasts; onboarding of new members of the sales organization; planning and execution of sales events; other tasks and projects as dictated by business need.

Customer Service and Support, including but not limited to: Setup of new customer accounts, order entry, problem solving and issue resolution, liaison between customers and internal teams, and assisting customers with general inquiries.
