Worked within the NHS for 21 years nursing acute and critical care patients also cardiac where I was able to combine both my passions of cardiac and respiratory.Post covid a career change utilising all my skills took me to research where I manage a team of nurses, educating adapting change management and advancing the team in knowledge and skills as per clinical governance.
