I am a hardworking individual, I thrive on seeing other people smile! I thrive working in a team and also enjoy doing assignments solo. I especially enjoy putting team building events together, and watching it all unfold. Especially when you know you have made a difference at the end of the day. Communication is one of my favorite topics, I encourage everyone around me to ensure everyone understand what is happening. It makes work life so much easier when we are all on the same page. When everyone is communicated with regularly they feel part of the team and they tend to understand more about the company. A well communicated team will always ensure they go the extra mile and treat the company as their own. My colleague's call me the "Chaos Coordinator " when things get chaotic, I can quickly grab hold of what's presently happening and get it under control, again I enjoy looking back and realizing how quickly it can be taken care of. I enjoy fast pace environments and am able to work quickly under pressure. I am always up for an adventure and enjoy learning new things, over the next year I anticipate I will be developing new skills that will help me move towards goals I have set for myself. My goals are to lead a team and help to help develop many people into inspiring leaders. In the world we live in today, we need people to help others develop the skills they need to be successful. We need to build others up and support healthy teams.
