As a Virtual Assistant, I specialize in providing remote administrative support to businesses and professionals. I also captured patients' before and after photos using imaging software like Vectra 3D and Mirror, maintaining strong communication with patients via text/email software, Front, and addressing any pre-op or post-op questions. I worked closely with the product and marketing team to ensure the patient's experience was top-notch from start to finish, while also contributing as a member of the practice's leadership team.
