• Work with business users, internal IT staff, and clients to accurately ascertain, analyze, and document business requirements• Develop and maintain business processes, procedures, and templates to continuously improve release quality, implementation, and efficiency for IT and the business as a whole• Perform Quality Assurance testing and regression testing to support releases.
