Budgeting: Created all tools necessary for managing a $125M budget spread over 12 directors. Forecast final budgets, provide variance analysis in monthly meetings, and identify cost savings opportunities. EACs, IOTs, provide supplier financial ratings (ESDMs), facilitate communication between various departments to ensure optimal outcome for all parties. Logistics: Linked two databases to provide upper-management KPIs and information surrounding the shipment of material. Created a transportation model to predict future transportation costs. Identified $580K of savings that was realized within four months, using advanced statistical algorithms and analysis. Forecasting: Responsible for forecasting material/sales of LWS and AMS, two of six product lines. Requires extensive knowledge of SAP (APEX and Prism) and collaboration with various project managers. Forecasts are pooled up to corporate and reported to shareholders for quarterly outlooks. Support factory and program activities in the business management role including being a key participant in all organizational decisions and leading monthly management reviews with program business office counterparts.
