Procurement Responsibilities:* Qualify suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, availability via on-site visit evaluation and reference research. * Verifying purchases by comparing them to a master list and evaluate for alternatives.* Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping challenges.* Authorizing payments and maintain receipts, records and inventories.* Generate purchase orders.Shipping Logistics: * ID, Count and QC incoming items, assuring no damaged items are sent or received.* Verify packing lists to company purchase orders and generate draft bills.* Update inventory as products are received.* Package products for return to vendors and generate RMA paperwork.* Maintain the company stockroom through bin organizing and directed cycle counts.* Prepare shipping and receiving reports for managers. *Packing and shipping product to fulfill customer orders. This includes creating commercial invoices for international shipments, contacting freight companies and arranging parcel, palette and LTL shipments.Manufacturing:* Manage ship floor process.* Create BOMS from drawings.* Create work orders and routers.* Assemble small subs and cabling per drawings.* Assemble final products per drawings.* Test product for proper operation.* QC final product.TOOL AND TECHNOLOGIESEnterprise Software & ERP Systems: Mysis, Oracle Netsuite and Odoo ERP Solutions.Data Analysis & Presentation Tools: MS Office Suite, Google Office Suite & Google Meet, Zoom
