At go-live, the solution already had 1800 users across 135 teams. *Lexis Nexis Verify Health Care Practitioner (HCP): Directed implementation of vendor product that provides a systematic approach towards verifying provider data. This solution establishes compliance with government regulations and improves customer satisfaction by improving the accuracy of UPMC’s provider directory data. *Member Dimension / Insurance Data & Analytics Platform (IDAP) Data Warehouse: Actively managing the lead project in a series of initiatives that will create a modernized data warehouse acting as a single source-of-truth for key Health Plan data, with improved data governance and self-service reporting.
