My duties included customer service, sales, inventory, stock, cash handling skills, loss prevention, health & safety, supply ordering, paperwork, coaching, recruiting, hiring, training, visual, and general housekeeping duties. I was also responsible for customer concerns and complaints as well as maintaining and completing weekly visual store flips.
