Tasks included within this role include; • Line Management• Ensure sales standards are maintained and each key performance indicator is hit• Dealing with human resources and issues arising instore, for example sickness, timecards grievances and discipline• Having a good knowledge of employment processes within the organization• Being responsible for cash management; daily float checks, banking and end of day• Maintaining confidentiality and understanding the importance of the data protection act• Ensure both myself and team are trained daily to comply with the financial services authority in regulating our insurance sales Show less
