Returned to my specialty of PE teacher across the whole school (Year 1-11), due to enjoying my previous experience in Middle Management I jumped at the opportunities that were presented and took on the PSHE Coordination (2014-17), which had been previously non existent in the Secondary School and helped drive this curriculum to be taught and graded as a regular subject within the curriculum. Another Leadership opportunity arose and I again threw my hat in the ring and was rewarded with the KS3 coordinator position (2015-17). This role was predominately a Pastoral position which is a position I thrive in and would love to continue with.

Started as a Primary Classroom teacher (2005-06), moved to the Head of Primary PE, built the department from the ground up to have students demonstrating skills of a high level across multiple sports in the Nationwide International schools sports competitions. Further developed my Middle Management skills as a Key Stage Coordinator, then progressing into the Deputy Head role (2010-2012) which I thoroughly enjoyed and excelled at. Helping to foster a positive and student focused department/section, where the school community helped each other to reach their potential.
