As the inaugural Director of Career Services, I am tasked with laying the groundwork for equitable career development and advancement opportunities within the financial services industry. I spearhead initiatives that empower individuals to navigate and excel in their educational and professional journeys, fostering robust networks of trusted professionals to ensure our students and alumni not only progress but thrive in their careers. My efforts are dedicated to innovating and implementing strategies that cultivate a culture of leadership, advancement, and success, positioning the college as a beacon of excellence and support in the financial services community.

Created, launched and facilitate "Job Ready" a virtual career preparation program for early career alumniOversee the UCLA Career Coaches NetworkFacilitate Women in Engineering Leadership & Aerospace Academies—cohort-based career and technical training programs connecting female engineering students to engineering alumni and employers.Managed ideation, curriculum development, and delivery of Careers in Humanities course.Launched and managed Bruin Development Academy for Media and Entertainment—cohort based career preparation program connecting students with alumni in the Entertainment industry.

Served as the primary liaison between the business community and students, assessing student career goals and providing holistic advisement services based on industry-specific trends and climate. Oversaw promotional and information sessions for current and prospective students. Supervised and collaborated with Program Advising team providing training, direction, and guidance to staff and student workers. Creation, development and implementation of online curriculum for International Professional Programs Internship preparation courses. Responsible for the internship placement process, and supervision of 60-120 international interns each quarter. Coached, encouraged, and supported students during the transition from the classroom to workplace. Facilitated and oversaw career events to include Lunch & Learn, campus recruiting, employer receptions, resume and interviewing workshops. Led the initiative and implementation of the transition to a Career Services Management System. Maintained accurate records, compile and prepare reports on program offerings; demographic and learning outcomes. Conducted market analysis and researched companies to develop and maintain community partnership relationships for professional development, internship and FT employment opportunities. Grew corporate partnership portfolio by over 50% within one year, working with over 250 local and national companies. Increased internship and partner presentation opportunities.
