This was my second semester of clinical at the University of Louisville. With a nurses supervision I performed most nursing tasks such as head to toe assessments, vital signs, medication administration, injections, wound care, and catheter removal/insertion. I also completed any CNA tasks that needed to be done.
This was my first semester of nursing school. I performed nursing assistant duties such as comfort care, hygiene, ambulation and any other tasks the nurses needed help with. I also did some medication administration and wound care.
