As S4C's Creative Director and Unitary Board member (2016 - 2021), I led the broadcaster's commissioning strategy, managing a content spend of £83 million and broadcasting over 6000 hours of programming annually. I also fitted in some extra reading, graduating with a Masters in Business and Organisational Psychology in 2019. Before joining S4C, I relished being heads down in production, running my own company, TiFiNi Ltd and making special access, award-nominated documentaries such as Finding Mum and Dad and Revenge Porn for C4.A passionate advocate of social inclusion and diversity, I’m also a huge dog lover, lapsed musician, enthusiastic walker, audio listening fan and keen but inexact cook.
