• Managing diary meetings and business trips (travel & accommodation arrangements) both within the UK, to the company’s factory in China & to several European head offices. • Coordinate and arrange industry exhibitions dealing with multiple stake holders • Providing support to the managing director in supplier and customer meetings, drawing up minutes and following up action points to resolution.• To identify and prioritise tasks accordingly alongside working efficiently to set deadlines on a daily basis whilst ensuring all procedures are adhered to.• Personal responsibility and central contact of the preparation for monthly on line flash promotions • Arrangement and preparation of all relevant information, detailed descriptions, images together with separate margins & cost sheets• To raise all invoices credit notes, orders & delivery notifications to both UK & European suppliers & private clients. • To deal with all issues & complaints in a timely manner liaising with private clients, developers, interior designers & larger companies.• Ensuring all information & costs are correct prior to promotion launch

• FX execution of substantial spot flow with top-tier liquidity providers. All majors, minors, EM & NDF currencies.• Sole responsibility for the management & ranking of FX relationships. • Cash Management and financing of FFTW portfolios via FX spot, swap & outright trades.• Daily monitoring of global multi-currency portfolios, specifically exposure checking and compliance violation monitoring and necessary rebalancing.• Monitoring cash flows ensuring co-ordination with PMs, Back Office and all FFTW offices.• Daily time deposits & weekly management of futures margin.• Management of FX forward dates and quarterly rolls, ensuring timely and best execution• Responsible for the co-ordination of European bloc IR futures rolls in FFTW portfolios.• Subject matter expert for in house system development and implementation.

In addition responsible for committed facilities in relation to Investment Trusts including interest rate swaps, long term loans, LIBOR fixing & margins.• Cash Management. Daily & monthly cash reconciliation of twelve investment trusts.
