    Lead for the 2018 Patient Flow Partnership, improving access to emergency care through a whole-of-hospital approach to addressing barriers to patient flow. I facilitate working groups to diagnose barriers to flow, then design and implement process changes to support timely access to services. I collaborate with the 14 other health services undertaking this work supported by Better Care Victoria.I've contributed to the development of the Royal Children's Hospital 2018 Strategic Plan by preparing a horizon scanning report, development of future scenarios, and assisting facilitation of senior leaders in workshops.In 2017 I managed the Specialist Clinics Telehealth Project, leading a small team to facilitate the redesign of 5 models of care to incorporate delivery of care by telehealth. We were able to improve equity of access to care for rural and regional families by significantly reducing the time commitment, financial cost, and disruption to daily life to attend a 15min consultation. This work has been presented at an international conference, and was a finalist in the 2018 Victorian Public Healthcare Awards.
