O Programa de Preparação de Gestores de Celulose e Papel é um programa do ABTCP (Associação Brasileira Técnica de Celulose e Papel) que acontece anualmente oferecendo vivência e capacitação para recém-formados nas diversas áreas de Engenharia e mestrandos concluintes, que tenham diploma em Engenharia.O programa permite que os participantes desenvolvam novas competências em algumas das mais importantes áreas exigidas pelo mercado - trabalho em equipe, gestão de pessoas, gestão operacional e estratégica, criatividade, inovação, entre outras.

• Construção de processos de ingestão, processamento, análise de dados de relatórios ambientais para o negócio florestal.• Elaboração, revisão e atualização de procedimentos ambientais, em conformidade com as certificações FSC e CERFLOR.• Análise de processos do SGA e identificação de oportunidades de otimização e implementação de melhorias em performance ambiental.• Suporte ao cumprimento de condicionantes, protocolização e elaboração de relatórios de licenciamentos ambientais, além do acompanhamento de mudanças na legislação.• Gestão das informações coletadas de monitoramentos e de ocorrências ambientais em áreas operacionais e condução de análise crítica dos desvios detectados.• Desenvolvimento de indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs e OPIs) relacionados à gestão ambiental em operações florestais.• Condução de treinamentos sobre práticas ambientais e de qualidade para colaboradores externos.• Desenvolvimento de mapas, ortomosaicos e documentos cartográficos - layout de mapas temáticos e realização de análises espaciais avançadas SIG, através da modelagem de dados espaciais em imagens de satélite e de drone.• Liderança na elaboração de inventário de emissões e de sequestro de GEE nas fases de definição do período de referência e ano-base; identificação ou revalidação de fontes e sumidouros; coleta de informações; cálculo de emissões, remoções e cálculo de incertezas; e apresentação de resultados da unidade florestal através do GHG Protocol.• Integrante do Grupo de Mulheres + Aliados: objetiva-se envolver mulheres e aliadas através do desenvolvimento profissional, orientação e patrocínio, para amplificar a abordagem acelerada à diversidade e inclusão.

• Analysis of expert processes arising from the Environmental Justice Prosecutor's Offices of Rio Grande Basin.• Preparation and design of valuation for environmental liabilities.• Work on Projects Coordinated by ARPA RIO GRANDE, in the municipalities of the Hydrographic Basin of Rio Grande.• Participate in technical visits to the field to prepare technical reports in accordance with the ARPA demands.• Prepare Technical Reports in ARPA's areas of activity, such as: PRAD, PTRF, Management Plan Integrated Solid Waste Management, Selective Collection Plan, Terms of Reference for contracting environmental services.• Monitor extension work with rural producers in the coverage areas of ARPA projects.

• Representation of Núcleo Sul before Higher Education Institutions and Private Entities.• Search for partnerships and initiatives with Higher Education Institutions with a direct relationship to the objectives of the Southern Nucleus.• Preparation of meetings with stakeholders - Higher Education Institutions and Companies Juniors.• Design of an agreement between Núcleo Sul and Higher Education Institutions.

• Analysis of service provision to third parties.• Preparation of service proposals, preparation of budgets and mediation of their respective negotiations with customers.• Preparation and updating of market research on the company's operations.• Participation as a company representative in events for prospecting purposes from clients.• Active prospecting for possible clients.

• Organization of the Selection Process for new company members.• Responsible for forms and terms of commitment, removal and termination of members.• Relocation of members to the Executive Board.• Responsible for the form for monitoring the presence and absence of members at meetings, general assemblies, among others.• Search for training to carry out internal and external projects and for the job market, as well as personal and professional development of members.• Development of a strategy to improve the organizational climate.• Organization of integrations between members.
