As a Senior Team Lead Project/ Program Management for our CernerWorks team. I am are responsible for: Planning, delegating and directing the team’s day-to-day work to achieve operational targets or objectives with contribution to the immediate results for the team or department. Develop project staffing plans using the project requirements and practice data, recommend and communicate staffing assignments to associates, managers, and project teams, and engage third-party resources as required to deliver client projects. Document and track all open and committed resource assignments for reporting on key business metrics related to staffing and utilization. Work with sales leadership to understand new project work and staffing expectations. Responsible for tracking all sales pipeline and validating accuracy of the data. Work with project leadership to understand project staffing requirements and develop relationships with the practice teams to effectively manage demand. Be able to facilitate and coordinate slot dates and project expectations for sold professional services work. Reporting needs for Services Sales Leads, including but not limited to Pipeline reports, data analysis, and ad hoc requests.
