I am set to graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture and Minor in Horticulture in May 2025. I’m passionate about historic preservation, adaptive reuse, community design, and urban planning. I love exploring places to find beauty, connection, and community, and I want to create spaces that inspire others to do the same. At LSU, I’ve honed leadership and communication skills to build community. As a Resident Assistant, I promote inclusivity, lead programming, and share resources to foster a sense of belonging on campus. As a ResLife Communications & Marketing Intern, I’ve expanded my photography, videography, and graphic design skills to highlight our community and cultivate a sense of place. As president of Students for Historic Preservation (SHiP), I plan events that engage others with our city’s rich history and culture to inspire a deeper appreciation of the place we call home. Through these roles, I’ve built upon visual, oral, and technical communication skills while fueling a passion for exploring and promoting community. I aim to channel these passions into community-driven design that celebrates the history, culture, and environment of the communities it serves.
