Responsible for overall success of the department of Residence Life including a professional staff of 25 and a student staff of 200. Sets strategic vision and outcomes for the department in alignment with Division of Student Affairs priorities. Manage multi-million dollar budget and infrastructure and partner closely with colleagues in Business, Hospitality, and Auxiliary Services to provide a comprehensive residential experience for 8000+ students living on the Pittsburgh campus. Serve as a member of Student Affairs senior staff and assist with overall divisional priorities including crisis management and response, arrival and orientation programming, and student conduct processes.

Serve as a member of the departmental leadership with direct supervision of 2 full-time Area Coordinators and indirect supervision of 8 Resident Directors. Meet departmental outcomes focused on Academic Initiatives, including oversight and management of 25 Living Learning Communities in partnership with University faculty and staff partners. Create large-scale academically enriching programming for residential population, in partnership with academic schools, the university library systems, advising centers and university program centers. Oversee departmental assessment initiatives including administering the annual Quality of Life assessment, tri-annual Skyfactor benchmarking report, and individual departmental outcome measures. Work to create reports and share data with Housing and the Office of the Provost. Oversee departmental Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives including chairing the departmental DEI committee and serve as member of the divisional DEI committee. Work with both teams to create continuing education and dialogue opportunities for staff and student staff.

Responsible for the overall function, management and success of the areas of housing, residence life and student leadership development. Oversee visioning and strategic planning that align with college mission and goals. Manage budget of $275k that includes infrastructure, salary, programming and professional development funds. Collaborate with campus partners on major residence hall improvements, including a $10 million dollar comprehensive facility update project. Supervise Director of Residence Life and 5 Residence Directors. Work to recruit, retain and develop successful new professionals in Student Affairs. 100% of our Residence Directors who completed a graduate degree while working at Westminster have moved on into full-time positions within 3 months of their graduation. Serve as a member of the Vice President of Student Affair's cabinet. Meet weekly to decide outcomes of student conduct cases and reports from Presidential Leadership meetings. Serve as Title IX deputy, conducting preliminary investigations and collaborate with Title IX campus partners in reporting and education.

Supervise 2 Graduate Resident Directors and 1 professional Area Coordinator. Coordinate the university's conduct system and adjudicate conduct cases for upperclassmen students. Serve as co-Director of Orientation. Plan and implement training for Resident Assistants, Orientation Assistants and Campus Life Resolution Board. Serve on various university committees.

Supervise 3 Graduate Resident Directors, with indirect supervision of 3 Head Resident Assistants and 29 Resident Assistants. Serve as Co-Director of Orientation. Adjudicate all upper-level judicial incidents for freshmen students. Responsible for all freshman housing assignments. Sit on various university committees including, Crisis Intervention Team, Retention Task Force, Parking Appeals.

Responsible for management of 5 residence halls, comprising 12 Resident Assistants and 350 freshmen students. Also served as fraternity/sorority life co-advisor.
