With a strong background in small business, helping people to run their businesses successfully & minimising their tax whilst complying with the necessary regulations is my passion.I've had the pleasure of working with an amazing group of people at McConachie Stedman for over 20 years, specialising in business taxation (& self managed superannuation in my earlier years). My client base varies from small businesses & sole traders to large, multi-entity organisations across various industries including childcare, transport, retail, pharmacy, medical & primary production, to name a few. Whilst finishing my degree, I worked within the banking industry so I have a good understanding of the relationship between business owners, financiers & accountants.My family has been involved in small businesses over a period of over 30 years & hence I have a solid background all aspects of small businesses. This proves invaluable in assisting my clients with theirs. Being a mother, I appreciate the need for a balance between work & family life. Getting this right can be crucial, especially, for business owners. Helping you to achieve this a very important aspect of the business owner/accountant relationship. I believe that getting out to see my clients' businesses to truly understanding them is a very important part of my job. As well as my local clients, I have a large base of clients at the Sunshine Coast who I visit on a regular basis when necessary.
