- Responsible for developing scalable Sales infrastructure and operations for Server markets, AMD's highest growth business- Driving plans and support models to ensure Server market re-entry at double-digit market share - Guiding the Sales team to deliver $150M+ revenue, $500M+ design win and $2B+ pipeline goals across sales in, sales with, sales out and field application engineering teams- Setting the Annual Operating Plan and Key Metrics alongside the Business Unit teams to drive profitable growth and brand recognition- Driving the operating rhythm to exceed revenue, DW, and pipeline goals across Embedded and Server markets- Primary liaison from Enterprise sales to the Business Unit, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and HR driving coordination across functions for quick ramp in the Server business- Serving as Chief of Staff to Enterprise Sales VP running all staff meetings, compensation plans, and Enterprise wide staffing plans

• Project leader for divesting Assembly, Test, Mark, & Pack facilities in Suzhou, China and Penang, Malaysia for $436M valuation and 1700 employees - won I AM Determined award (top award chosen by CEO)• Project leader for SeaMicro shut down with only $75M P&L impact and $7M cash – won Executive Spotlight Award from SVP and GM Enterprise, Embedded and SC BU • Lead project to benchmark reorganizing the Enterprise, Embedded and Semi-Custom business unit in order to gain effective product launch and solution services – won Spotlight award from CHR Officer for Excellence
