At Jam, we set out to revolutionize how families manage their mental load, helping them streamline day-to-day responsibilities through intuitive, beautifully designed technology.As a seasoned Product Leader, I have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with sales, engineering, analytics, and operations to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget. My experience spans from working with startups to scaling growth-stage companies, always with a focus on enhancing user experience and solving real-life problems. At Bel Air Internet, I spearheaded an initiative to bridge the digital divide by providing free high-speed Internet access to children experiencing homelessness throughout Southern California. Our partnerships with School on Wheels, Urban TXT and local governments gave us the opportunity to provide thousands of children with access to the tools they need for education and growth. Beyond my work in tech, I am passionate about social justice and gender equality, particularly the challenges faced by working women. As a mother of two daughters, I understand the balancing act required to succeed both personally and professionally. I strive to be an advocate for change, using my platform in tech to advance gender equity and create products that work for everyone, especially women balancing work and family.As a woman in tech and a working mom, I am driven by a mission to change the dynamics of the workplace for the next generation of women. I believe in creating environments where women can succeed without having to choose between their careers and families. I’m particularly passionate about building innovative, equitable products that empower women to lead fulfilling, balanced lives.When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with my family, exploring the Eastside food scene in Los Angeles, and working toward greater social equity. I am passionate about using technology as a tool for positive social change, from transforming the way we manage our personal lives to addressing larger systemic issues like the digital divide.
