I began my career as a researcher at the BBC in London before transitioning into social justice documentary filmmaking, collaborating with industry luminaries like Oprah Winfrey and Viola Davis, and working with prestigious networks such as ABC News, Sundance, and Showtime. My focus on the American criminal justice system has fueled my commitment to impactful storytelling that drives meaningful change.In 2016, I served as deputy to the head of video for the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, where I utilized data analytics to inform video strategies in swing states and enhance Get Out The Vote initiatives. By analyzing audience engagement metrics, I ensured our content resonated effectively, amplifying our outreach efforts. Following this, I spent four years at Flies Collective, where I oversaw branded content initiatives and led strategic partnerships, including with Google, aligning our creative efforts. Most recently, as Head of Video at Incite Studios, I delivered over 500 commercial-quality videos in a year, refining messaging based on analytics to target key demographics on critical issues such as the COVID crisis and voter participation. Currently, I lead outreach and storytelling at Extreme Weather Survivors, empowering victims of the climate crisis through community-driven narratives that amplify their voices.
