Compose and prepare correspondence, invoices, reports, presentations, prepare minutes, and maintain appropriate files. Design, develop and implement required feedback and communication systems for field operations. Communicate both informally and formally in scheduled meetings with management, subordinates and peers. Contact clients to provide field operation support such as obtaining technical information, verifying schedules. Assure all contacts are up-to-date. Supervises activities of the office staff (to include, but not limited to filing, telephone answering techniques, preparation of documents, record retention, duplication, faxing, mail distribution, and ordering of supplies). Follow up on client inquiries and complaints. Coordinates office projects to achieve efficient training, supplies, office equipment maintenance and repairs, housekeeping, facility maintenance/management. Implement project initialization and set-up, create folders and project files. Health and Safety Officer for the office.

Check patrons' identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods. Inform customers of daily specials. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning. Serve food and/or beverages to patrons. Prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.

Motivate and stimulate the children's learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience. Provide support to children and provide them with a secure environment to learn. Devise and produce visual aids and teaching resources. Organize learning materials and resources and make imaginative use of resources. Assist with the development of children's personal/social and language abilities. Work with others, including teaching assistants and/or nursery nurses as well as volunteer helpers, to plan and coordinate work both indoors and outdoors. Share knowledge gained with other practitioners and parents. Observe, assess and record each child's progress.

Science grades 1 to 3 and Physical Education grade 4/5 split
