Managed and consolidated over 50 corporate budgets from 20 owners, and track month end cost results versus budget in a summarized report linked to Essbase. Developed a corporate overhead allocation methodology to the businesses, which was implemented in the 2022 calendar year. Reconciled numerous client accounts on a monthly basis to ensure revenues track to their fee agreements. Increased accuracy of the Fiscal-Year Supplemental Commission forecast through tracking carrier commissions by their client service agreement rule. Re-structured the associate client referral program to pay out quarterly rather than annual, meanwhile adding efficiencies to the Excel tracking system.

Rotation 1: HR Financial Analyst, Compensation & BenefitsWorked with the Business Support Entity controller and various Finance Managers to move the forecasting of HR, Legal, Flight Ops, Communications, Board of Directors, and Corporate Finance from Modplan to Essbase, an Excel add-in. Created Excel templates for downloading and uploading forecasts in Essbase, as well as trained co-workers on how to use them. Forecasted the Health Benefits charge out, overhead for Compensation & Benefits, and trust administration expenses. Provided Profit & Loss Statement and overhead cost forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, with optimizing business growth in mind. Created a monthly actuals review template using Essbase rolled out to all of Connectivity, focusing on the P&L, COBM to GPM gap, overhead costs & project costs actuals versus forecast scenarios. Worked closely with accounting to clean and update IO structure to enable Engineers to charge time accuratly. Presented a quarterly analysis on a key competitor in the Bluetooth Smart business to Senior Executives. Rotation 3: Financial Planning Analyst, External Manufacturing Led financial reviews of External Manufacturing (EM) actuals and forecast cycles on a monthly, and quarterly basis. Worked closely with Asia EM Finance team and HR to align headcount reporting. Managed the new Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) structure for external manufacturing.
