  As a store manager,I manage between 35-45 associates during the year. I have successfully molded a tenured management team that assists with sales driving and creating a unique shopping experience for customers. I work with store budgets and P&L reports to constantly increase profitability for the company. My team has consistently been in the top rankings of our company metrics, and our store has been in the top 15 of the company. I manage a team of efficient, hard working, and above average merchandisers that continues to strive to keep our store at a level above the company standard in all areas.
