- Provided leadership and managed budget for the undergraduate recruitment teams: High School Outreach, Transfer Services, International Admissions, and Communications and Events.- Worked with the Admission Leadership Team to transition senior search, apply, and yield recruitment efforts from an external vendor to in-house, expanding the recruitment team and better aligning our print materials, digital communications, ads, text and call campaigns to contribute to a seamless student experience through the admissions process and next steps.- Served as an active member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team and contributed to the 2030 Strategic Plan as a consultant on the working group to develop the division’s goal to use data to connect resources to strategy, and as a committee member to lead the strategy to build a culture of effective supervision.- Software used: Slate (CRM), Banner (SIS), Workday (HR and Financials)

- Led the strategic recruitment initiatives for high school outreach and supervised the Assistant Director of High School Outreach, College Access and a team of admissions counselors and Pathways to Possible counselors.- Managed the Student Admissions Navigator Program, which provides current student support to high school seniors, and expanded the program to serve all 14 Denver Scholarship Foundation Future centers and two Aurora Public Schools high school campuses.- Served as interim Associate Director of Excel, a pre-collegiate program focused on building partnerships in Adams County and Aurora Public Schools (June 2021 – December 2021) and assisted in the reorganization to create the College Access Team to provide more equitable outreach and support to Denver metro area schools.- Assisted in the creation of the Alumni Admissions Ambassador program and supported the program coordinator in identifying and implementing new recruitment opportunities.- Contributed to cross-campus recruitment initiatives and training, including Recruitment 101 Training for faculty, staff, senior leadership, and the Alumni Association Board of Directors.- Co-chaired the Admission Review Committee to assess the university’s current application evaluation process, identify potential bias, and make recommendations for a more equitable process.- Collaborated with the Assistant Dean of Students to create the Colorado High School Mentor Program, connecting new admits from non-metro area Colorado high schools to faculty and staff to improve retention and ultimately drive student recruitment in those regions.

- Oversaw regional recruitment efforts and supervise a team of three full-time regional admissions counselors in the Houston and Central-Texas areas.- Managed recruitment efforts for the National Merit Scholars Program (NMSP) and supervise full-time NMSP admissions counselor and student recruitment volunteer program with over 50 volunteers.- Designed and implemented recruitment events for the National Merit Scholars Program to highlight the individual campus experience possibilities for each prospective scholar.- Served on the campus quality-enhancement sub-committee to align communications to new students in order to increase yield and retention.- Collaborated with Director of Admissions to refine the holistic review process for freshman admissions to evaluate student success in their given environment.- Enrollment software used: TargetX/Salesforce (CRM), PeopleSoft (SIS), OnBase (Imaging)

- Coordinated the recruitment of National Merit Scholars to successfully grow the National Merit Scholars Program at UT Dallas.- Partnered with the Honors College to develop a student led volunteer network of current National Merit Scholars to assist in recruiting prospective scholars.- Served on the admissions leadership team to organize training and set team recruitment goals.

- Collaborated to develop new recruitment strategies, including events and targeted communication campaigns for prospective undergraduate and graduate students.- Established and advised JSOM CREW (Jindal School of Management Create, Recruit, Engage, and Welcome), a student volunteer network that assisted with prospective JSOM student outreach and connected new students to campus engagement opportunities.

- Managed territories on both the freshmen and transfer recruitment teams and developed a custom recruitment strategy for each territory’s population.
