As membership director I help process memberships, confirm memberships for accuracy, greet members, speak directly with members if any concerns arise, manage 26 employees, enter timecards, keep track of employee schedules, interview potential employees, conduct weekly meetings with my membership coordinator.

Front desk responsibilities, assist new members with enrollment, present new member receptions, check memberships for accuracy, manage the front desk money, help members in wellness for life program, provide wellness orientations, create quarterly wellness challenges for members.

Provide early ambulation and range of motion exercise to phase one patients in an acute care setting; educate patients on diabetes, hypertension, weight management and other risk factor modification; administer cardiac stress testing, adult and pediatric.
