Primary and secondary billing and follow-up for Professional and Institutional medical facilities; including accounts receivable, active denials, past due, near timely filing and past timely filing. Ability to locate and utilize insurance payer policies/guidelines to properly work patient accounts and ensure maximum reimbursement. Track trending issues to include denial prevention.
