Hello! My name is Amanda and I currently work in crisis services as a supervisor on a crisis line. I am engaged with the company’s Suicide Care Committee that brainstorms and implements policies and procedures to support clinicians with risk assessments for those experiencing suicidal ideation. I found my passion for helping those in a crisis while working a community based support position that led me to seek out crisis services. Every call proves to be different in some facet to make each day new and thought provoking. It is an incredible honor to be able to support the crisis services teams and watch them grow and expand their skills.
