Hi, I'm Amanda. I am passionate about the multiplication of the Jesus mission, whatever context I am in. Whether it be the multiplication of disciples, leaders, churches, networks or movements. I am an eternal learner, a practitioner of multiplication, a church planter and a missional thinker. Having planted both missional communities and new sites as part of a multi-site structure, I have over 10 years experience in church and movement leadership. I have completed a Higher Ed Dip in Ministry, focussed on leadership and am currently completing the Executive Leadership Program with Arrow Leadership. I have also completed 5Q, Movemental Christianity (mDNA) and the Accelerator with Movement Leaders Collective which focusses on developing the thinking, infrastructure and practices that will lead to Movement in any organisation. I have been part of several missional movements and most recently was part of the leadership team who pioneered New Thing in the Oceania Region (in 2020) where I currently serve as the Regional Director. New Thing is a global Church Planting Movement spread across 9 regions (one being Oceania) and has seen over 8,500 churches planted and over 50,000 church leaders trained just last year! I also currently serve on staff at CityLife Church, a multi-site non-denominational penticostal church of about 9,000 people based in Melbourne where I lead within the Global Missions Department (World Impact) as the Missions Mobiliser.My passions include (but are not limited to) leadership development, multiplication training, contextualized mission and discipleship, empowering others, and training teams to lead effective Jesus-centred communities and organisations.Personal Vision Statement: “Help open the front door of the church where every person finds belonging and purpose in the mission of God”Values:Integrity, High Character, Authenticity, Innovation, Learning, Transformation, Commitment to Change, Community, Team Work and Courage
