- Coach, motivate and mentor EA’s to enhance their effectiveness and overall job satisfaction. - Assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives - Work with Partners to help them get the most from their EA support - Support EA’s in formulating their PDP’s / goal setting for the year ahead- Run induction for new joiners to the firm and hold regular meetings to problem solve and share knowledge- Completion of timely and thorough EA performance evaluations by collating, summarising and delivering feedback.- Responsibility for allocating float EA’s during periods of absence within the wider group and managing and approving all leave requests.- Monitor service levels and develop individual staff members to ensure adequate coverage and delivery of a world-class service - Oversee routine administrative duties- Communicate information to the wider EA group following decision making meetings - Hold EA interviews for external candidates

London

- EA support to CEO/MD's and Director team- Writing, collation and production of papers including board reports and reviews- Extensive minute taking for Board, Operational and Strategic meetings - Maintain a high level of confidentiality while offering sound advice and support - Management of staff to deliver both executive and operational support to all four UK offices- Monitor both the performance and productivity of all team members - Provide training and coaching to those within direct line management - Research, plan and implement large scale company events and incentives in line with budget.- Regular review of processes, policies and contracts - Successful completion and ongoing monitoring/development of ISO 14001 accreditation (Environmental) - Ensure a comfortable and safe work environment for staff. Manage M&E contractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard
